Return Policy
At Ivy & Gem, we are based in Italy, and all returns must be sent back to our location here. We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, whether domestic or international. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ivyandgem.com with your order number for authorization. All returns must be authorized by us before sending the merchandise back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned damaged or not in their original condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer at our discretion.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned. However, if an item was purchased during a sale and returned after the sale has ended, the refund will be issued based on the sale price, not the original price.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at contact@ivyandgem.com.
